Been costumer of the shop for more than three years, really love how helpful the staff are. Their costumer service is absolute excellent. They offer too ranges of goods with best quality. Everything I ordered for my dogs got delivered to me on the same day. The owner couple is super sweet and they always arrange the delivery time around my work schedule. Definitely recommended to all of my friends.

Clean, well laid out store with a lot of cool stuff of excellent quality for dogs and cats, some of which would be hard to come by elsewhere. Violet had a great time choosing her own chewy treats, and the staff were very helpful and just generally delighted to talk dogs. Bought a bunch of natural chews, definitely the place to go for good guality cute print collars, bowties, etc.

It's been years since my dog passed away so I didn't have occasion to drop into Paw Principality until today to buy a toy for my friend's new puppy.

The best pet shop ever! The service is really amazing, they are so welcoming and really looking after customers. Definitely will recommend all my pet owner friends come to visit!! My cat love their food and everything I bought from the shop!

A lovely local pet shop, they have a nice curation of products . A very cute range of handmade collars and e-collars. We stock up on our cats raw food here.

Great store and great service. A good variety of stock. The man went out of his way to be helpful. Bought some gourmet German cat food and mat for cats.

OMG - this is literally the BEST pooch shop I have ever been in to. I live in Canberra and travel with my dog and we happened upon The Paw Principality by accident after having breakfast in North Melbourne…so absolutely glad we did! The owners are a husband and wife team who not only are friendly and welcoming but really know their stuff when it comes to your pooch : whether it be fitting the right harness or making on point suggestions for treats and supplements according to your dogs needs. I could have littered around the shop all day and spent my entire savings on the process lol!!! Any success this shop has is well deserved and if you love your dog, value high quality products and enjoy friendly and personalised customer service, you cannot go past here. My next trip to Melbourne in April will have me through their doors again and I can’t wait. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

As I stepped into the pet supply shop, I was immediately greeted by the sight of shelves filled with colorful and adorable toys. I quickly made my way through the aisles, scanning the shelves for the perfect toy for a pet that I didn’t even have. Nestled amongst the other toys were three soft toy caricatures of some of my favorite characters - Pooh, Snoopy, and Alien. They were absolutely adorable, with their big, bright eyes and fluffy, soft fur. I couldn't help but pick them up and give them a squeeze.

Housed in a charming Victorian-era storefront, this pet store boasts an impressive collection for your furry companions. During my visit to purchase food bowls for my cats, I found the selection to be excellent. The store owner was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond by bubble wrapping the ceramic bowls for added protection.
